Dothan High School Students Recognized for Passing AP Exams
117 Dothan High School students were recognized for their achievement in A+ College Ready supported AP (Advanced Placement) courses and their passing scores on their exams, earning them possible college credit.
The AP program at DHS offers college-level courses in Language Arts, Literature, US History, Statistics, Calculus, Government/Econ, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Sciences, and Physics.
Students who pass the AP exams with scores of 3, 4, or 5 can receive college credits for the courses.
A+ College Ready, a program of the A+ Education Partnership, delivered $100 gift cards to each student at DHS. A+ College Ready is a non-profit that works to boost the college readiness of Alabama students.
Congratulations to these students for all of their hard work and achievements.
